Step 1: Initial Contact
After submitting your inquiry via the “Contact Us” page, you will be contacted within 24 hours (promise!)

Step 2: Consultation
You will be contacted via email or phone to schedule a complimentary consultation. A review of your current resume will be done, we will speak about your goals, skills, accomplishments and work history. A confidential proposal and detailed * fun * questionnaire will be emailed before we begin.
Step 3: Review/Revise
Once a draft is complete, it will be emailed to you for review, then a follow-up call will be scheduled. The first two sets of revisions are no cost to you! Of course, lengthy re-writes will incur a moderate charge. We want you to be completely delighted with your final copy.
Step 4: Final Documents
Once approved, your resume will be finalized and sent electronically as a Word Document and a PDF file. As an added bonus each client will be mailed two resumes on professionally watermarked stationery for presentation on an interview. Cover Letters, Thank You Letters, LinkedIn Profiles and Professional Bios can be purchased separately. Of course, package pricing saves you money!
